Artichoke Spread

Cultivated in the Mejerda Valley in Tunisia, a historic artichoke-growing region, this purée of fresh artichoke hearts is blended with extra virgin olive oil to create a rich spread. Perfect on a slice of grilled baguette as an appetizer, or mix a spoonful into salads. As with all of the Mahjoub products, this is produced using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. This product is organic.  By Les Moulins Mahjoub.
